These Terms of Service govern your use of reroped.ca (the "Site") and any purchase you make from ReRoped. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ABOUT REROPED
ReRoped makes handmade accessories — including the Crag Clip, Summit Belt, and related goods — using upcycled, retired climbing rope sourced from gyms and climbing communities. Each product is made in small batches, so natural variation in color, pattern, and rope texture is expected and is part of the character of the product, not a defect.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Because materials are upcycled and supply varies, specific colorways or rope patterns may sell out or be discontinued without warning. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability, but we are not liable for typographical errors, and we reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund issued.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with inventory availability.

SHIPPING
Shipping rates, timelines, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the ReRoped name and branding, is the property of ReRoped or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReRoped will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Products are sold "as is." Because our materials are upcycled climbing rope, we make no representation that any rope used in a product remains suitable for climbing, rescue, load-bearing, or any other safety-critical use. Our products are intended for everyday accessory use only, not for climbing or other activities requiring certified safety equipment.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which ReRoped operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
