Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are handmade in small batches near Teton National Park and typically ship within 3–5 business days of being placed. During high-demand drops, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always note this at checkout if it applies.

SHIPPING RATES AND REGIONS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and a number of international destinations.

- United States: calculated at checkout
- Canada: flat rate, calculated at checkout
- International: available to select countries; rate calculated at checkout based on destination

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees:
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after processing
- Canada: typically 5–10 business days after processing
- International: typically 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or collected by ReRoped at checkout. We are not able to predict or control these fees, which vary by country.

TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a package has left our hands, but if your order seems significantly delayed or lost, contact us at calvin@reroped.ca and we will help you track it down.
